Sailing - Vendee Globe - Peyron in scout

As the pot-au-black, positions are unchanged. It's always Loick Peyron (Gitana Eighty) leading the fleet with 38 miles ahead of Sebastien Josse (BT). Jean-Pierre Dick (Virbac-Paprec II) is third at 47 miles. For the first time since last Thursday, the first five remained in the same order twice. The fleet spread a little more than the previous day and the first seven are held in less than 100 miles.

Peyron will serve as a guide and should address the famous pot-au-black in the day. Whether seasoned or novice, all fear this area which alternates between calm dishes, thunderstorms, rain also that sudden downpours and winds that can gust up in one go! Dominique Wavre (Tenemos), which had crossed twenty times recognizes much lottery with the feeling of spending a lot of energy for nothing. In addition, the risks of damage are important. A note on the score this morning, Vincent Riou (PRB), the outgoing winner, had disappeared from the rankings.
